WHAT IS THE FLAT RATE, STANDARD DELIVERY COST?
Standard delivery is only $9.95
Standard delivery takes approximately 5 business days after you place your order (excluding weekends and public holidays). We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sales) deliveries may take a little longer.
For all orders that are $100 or more… the shipping is FREE.
Free in store pick up is also available.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
Express delivery is the fastest form of shipping we offer.
Express deliveries are $14.95 on Australian orders.

The free shipping that we offer when the $100 threshold is reached is for standard shipping only.

WHO WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?
Your order will be delivered by Australia Post.
AUSTRALIA POST
We use Australia Post (eParcel and Express). This means that no matter how large or small your order is, you can feel confident and trust that your order will arrive.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
We process orders within 24 hours, however please note that orders placed on Friday after 5 PM will begin processing on the following business day.
We aim to meet these packing and postage times but during busy periods (including sales) processing may take a little longer.

We dispatch all orders within 24 hours, with the exception of weekends and holiday periods.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You should expect to receive your order within 2-6 business days.

WHAT IF AN ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?
We will always post your order as soon as we receive it, however as we are also a clinic that sells in clinic sometimes items sell out in store, especially during peak times.
In placing your order online you accept that this may occur from time to time.
If your item is out of stock (or discontinued without notice to us) and a delay is expected we will contact you via email or phone to arrange a replacement or refund.
Please ensure your contact details are correct upon ordering.
The wait time for out of stock items is approximately 10-20 days.
We are happy to offer you a refund, credit or replacement for your out of stock item if you don’t want to wait.
RETURNS
Becs Skin & Beauty ONLINE SHOP is happy to exchange or refund any product that is faulty or damaged after assessment.
If you receive a faulty or broken product, please contact us on (03) 6452 3095 within 1 week of receiving the item.
Please make sure you choose wisely, Becs Skin & Beauty does not offer refunds or returns for any products purchased. We recommend booking an online consultation or getting in contact with Bec before purchasing. She’ll be able to provide you with tailored advice for your skin needs and goals.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFO
We ship to Australian addresses only. We do not ship internationally. Delivery times vary between 2 to 6 days. Please note this is business days and does not include weekends or Public Holidays.
Please ensure that all your contact details are correct before placing your order.
Once an order is sent we have no way of tracking or finding your item if you make a mistake.
WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS GONE MISSING?
The delivery times listed above are from the time the parcel is posted, not from the date of order.
Please check the following if your parcel hasn’t arrived.
- Check at your local post office or mail centre in case they’re holding it safely for you (sometimes the postie forgets to leave a card.)
- If you are having the parcel delivered to work, check with your colleagues and with the mailroom to see if they have seen your parcel.
- Check your order to ensure the address you used was correct.
- Check PayPal too as sometimes a variance on your PayPal account can be the culprit.
- If you’ve tried all these and still no order then please call us and we’ll do our best to locate it for you or point you in the right direction of finding it.
